Spending it on a Seven

|Personal|

Let’s start a new with experiences that we want to experience. Deciding on how to start the New Year for me this 2017 was not an easy one because I want it to be something that I normally don’t do. So I decided to go out with a friend – just a friend. Because planning trips with a friend or friends are not easy, most of the time they tend to be dismissed because of each other’s personal agendas but fortunately this time the plan was forwarded.

I ask my friends – my high school squad – if they are available on the upcoming Saturday which is the 7th of January. So most of them said that they were not available because a lot of work was put unto them all at once at the very beginning in the New Year. (Hey! Even on my side, it’s really tough too you know. Juggling school works and being a student athlete at the same time is not a free time shenanigans – I’m gonna talk about being a Student Athlete some other time.*wink*)

Fortunately, my friend Jirah was available at that time because her school didn’t start yet so she was the only one available at that time. Jirah was the 2nd always not available in our group when it comes to gala (heading out), so I decided why not go on a gala even if it’s just the two of us.

We just decided to head out to Mall of Asia to spend the day, and another reason for that it’s because Zara was having they End-of-Season SALE so that was a plus, and also Forever 21. And because Jirah is not that enabled yet in commuting only by herself so we chose the nearest.

Talked about this, talked about that. Head out here, head out there. And also window shopping here and there. So we kinda went all over the place, even up to S’Maison Mall at Conrad Manila. So we checked out their art installations that were and still on display for everyone who comes around to see and appreciate.

So this was a fun way to start the year with a friend. Me and Jirah are currently deciding whether where to head out next – to Makati, Bonifacio Global City, or somewhere in Binondo to España.
